1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions:

• "Service" refers to the financial education programs and related materials offered by Tinderpost.
• "User" or "Participant" refers to any individual who accesses our website or enrolls in a program.
• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to Tinderpost.
• "Agreement" means these Terms & Conditions, together with any program-specific documentation provided at enrollment.
• "Content" means all materials produced by Tinderpost, including documents, session notes, blueprints, and toolkits.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or enrolling in a Tinderpost program, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. Participation in our programs is available to individuals aged 18 years and over who have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Service Description

Tinderpost provides personal financial education programs conducted by qualified educators. Programs are delivered in English, either in person at our Bangkok office or via online video call. Our services are educational in nature and do not constitute financial advice, investment guidance, or regulated financial services.

Service availability is subject to educator scheduling and program capacity. We reserve the right to modify program structures where necessary to maintain quality.

4. Enrollment and Registration

Enrollment in a program begins with submission of a contact form or direct enquiry, followed by an intake conversation and program agreement. Programs are confirmed upon receipt of payment. You are responsible for providing accurate personal information during the enrollment process.

5. User Responsibilities

As a participant, you agree to:

• Attend scheduled sessions or provide reasonable advance notice if you need to reschedule
• Engage with program materials honestly and in good faith
• Not share program documents or materials with third parties without our prior consent
• Use our services only for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Treat our educators with courtesy and respect

6. Intellectual Property

All materials produced by Tinderpost — including session documents, blueprints, journals, toolkits, and website content — are the intellectual property of Tinderpost. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use these materials for your own private purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or publish these materials without our written permission.

7. Payment Terms

Program fees are stated in Thai Baht (THB) and are payable in advance of the first session unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at enrollment. Fees include all sessions, materials, and between-session support as described in the program agreement. No hidden charges apply.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

If you wish to cancel a program before it begins, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than 5 business days before the first session will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 5 business days of the first session are subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one session cost. Once a program has begun, fees for completed sessions are non-refundable. Fees for remaining sessions may be refunded at our discretion in cases of genuine hardship or extenuating circumstances.

9. Educational Nature of Services

Our programs are designed to build knowledge and financial management skills. They do not constitute regulated financial advice, investment recommendations, or any form of managed financial service. We make no representations about financial outcomes resulting from program participation. Individual results depend on personal circumstances, follow-through, and factors outside our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Tinderpost's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total fees paid by you for the relevant program. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including any financial decisions made on the basis of information discussed during sessions.

11. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all personal and financial information disclosed during program sessions. We will not share this information with third parties except where required by law. We ask that participants treat any information shared by our educators (about our methods, materials, or practices) as confidential.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate a program engagement by providing written notice. If Tinderpost terminates an engagement due to participant conduct that violates these terms, fees already paid for completed sessions will not be refunded. If Tinderpost terminates for any other reason, fees for uncompleted sessions will be refunded in full.

13. Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. In the event of a dispute, we encourage an initial attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting us directly. If informal resolution is not possible, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be communicated by updating the "Last Updated" date on this page. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
